About

This is an entire guest suite on the basement floor of our house, perfect for up to 6 guests. It has a private entrance with a cement walkway and is separated from our living quarters. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. It is located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood on the north side of town.

Good to know

There are two bedrooms with king beds. Each bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet available for your use. In the living area there is also a queen size sofa sleeper bed. You will have a spacious bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and lots of room to get dressed and made up. There is a washer and dryer available with a near infrared 2 person sauna. The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator, a tabletop airfryer oven combo, induction heaters for pots and pans, a microwave, toaster, and blender. You will also have a Keurig coffee maker, a Mr Coffee and a frother for all your coffee needs.

Other Details to Note

This is a 6 person suite, located in the heart of Briargate, close to John Venezia Community Park (1 min), Air Force Academy (12 min.) Garden of the Gods (20 min), Downtown (18 min). It has 2 king size beds in spacious rooms with large walk in closets. John Venezia Community Park has 8 free outdoor Pickle Ball courts and a large playground for kids. There are also great nature walking trails in the large field in between John Venezia Community Park and Academy International Elementary School. :)

House Rules

Please make sure the back entry gate is closed tight, as our two dogs use the backyard, and we don’t want them loose in the neighborhood. Also, when you leave the house, be sure to pull the door shut and push the “x” on the key pad to lock the door (sometimes the door opens by itself if not locked). Thank you! :)

Neighborhood

The neighborhood is located in the Union Blvd., Reasearch and Briargate Blvd area. You will be able to get anwhere you want in the city easily as these are major roads that travel throughout the city with limited traffic. It is less than a 10 minute drive to I-25. This is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Colorado Springs, known for it's nice residential properties where you will feel safe having your family stay.

There is a hot tub, fire table, and a gas grill outside in the backyard available for your use.

We are located at the end of a Cul-de-Sac, where you will have parking on the left side of the driveway or along the road if you have more than one vehicle.
